AGES 7-16

Weekly progression and technical training

Keepers have an opportunity to work with each other based on age range. Each week we will be working on a number of technical, physical and mental aspects of being a goalkeeper.

​We aim to make training fun but also challenging. Working in small groups means that it gives goalkeepers an opportunity to work on match-realistic scenarios week after week in preparation for their upcoming matches.
